Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making a booking through the Homezy.Rentals website, you confirm you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Definitions

Company: Homezy Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Guest/Tenant: The individual or entity making the booking or entering into a tenancy agreement.

Apartment: The fully furnished property booked through Homezy.Rentals.

Short Let: A rental period typically ranging from [3 days] to [6 months].

Long Let: A rental period of [6 months] or more, governed by a formal Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement.
Booking, Payments, and Contracts
All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Short Lets: Full payment, including the security deposit, is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Long Lets: Requires a Holding Deposit to reserve the property, followed by a signed Tenancy Agreement and payment of the main Security Deposit and first month’s rent prior to check-in.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is mandatory for all bookings. For Long Lets, this deposit will be registered with a government-authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS or equivalent). The deposit is held against damage, excessive cleaning, or outstanding charges.
Guest Responsibilities and Property Use

Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum specified for the Apartment.

Conduct: Guests must adhere to all building rules. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Apartment. Excessive noise is not permitted between [10 PM] and [8 AM].

Damage: The Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the Apartment, its contents, or communal areas caused by the Guest or their visitors.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is [3:00 PM] and check-out is [10:00 AM]. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty fee.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
